| NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: The Southwest Human Resource Agency in Henderson, Tennessee and the Northwest Tennessee Human Resource Agency in Martin, Tennessee will accept sealed bids for a food service contract to provide meals to senior citizens and adults with disabilities. This bid is to cater both programs jointly from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016. The Southwest Human Resource Agency currently has 14 sites in the eight counties of the Southwest District and the Northwest Human Resource Agency currently has 18 sites in the nine counties of the Northwest District. Both districts serve a total of approximately 1300 meals (frozen, pre-plated, regular, diet, therapeutic, vegetarian, puree, boxed lunches, and/or shelf staple per day.
