NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE`S SALE:
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated November 5, 2009, executed by ANIKKE A. BROWN, CHRISTOPHER T. Thence, South 07 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West, with the center of said road, for distance of 327.72 feet to a cotton picker spindle set in the center of said road, said spindle being North 07 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 50.00 feet from a found cotton picker spindle at the northeast corner of a tract belonging to Eric Fishel (DB 24-H, PG 453);

4. Thence, South 85 degrees 22 minutes 16 seconds West, making a new line through Taylor, for a distance of 194.21 feet to an iron pin in a north-south fence;
5. Thence, North 81 degrees 21 minutes 43 seconds West, making a new line through Taylor, for a distance of 157.77 feet to a set iron pin, said pin being 3 feet north of a fence;
6. Thence, North 84 degrees 13 minutes 14 seconds West, making a new line through Taylor, and 3 feet north of and parallel to said fence, for a distance of 921.95 feet to a set iron pin in the west line of Taylor, said pin also being in the east line of a tract belonging to Helen Grasfeder (DB 26-D, PG 490);
7. Thence, North 14 degrees 40 minutes 21 seconds East, with the east line of Grasfeder for a distance of 439.33 feet to a found iron pin at the northwest corner of Taylor, said pin also being the southwest corner of Latimer;
8. Thence, South 85 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds East, with the south line of Latimer, passing a found iron pin on line at 2,556.95 feet, for a total distance of 2,581.95 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 24.139 acres.
-All bearings are based upon True North, as determined by solar observation.
-All set iron pins are 5/8” x 30” rebars with yellow plastic caps marked “R L Nichols RLS 1009.”
-This description was prepared from a survey and plat for Deborah Taylor, dated October 4, 2006, by Robert L. Nichols, TN RLS No. 1009.
Being the same real estate conveyed to Christopher S. Lattus, single, by deed from Jason W. Elliott, dated December 27, 2010, recorded December 28, 2010 at 2:36 p.m., of record in Record Book 64, Pages 107-109, in the Obion County Register's Office.
