STUDENT ELECTED — Obion County Central High School student Colby Napper has been elected state reporter/historian for the Health Occupation Students of America. He will travel to Houston this summer to attend leadership training with other students from across the United States. Napper was elected by a group of his peers who are HOSA members from across the state.
