STAR Physical Therapy will be “planting green acres of hope” with the annual Walk of Hope bake sale through today at the Union City STAR clinic, located at 1722 East Reelfoot Ave. No. 2 in Union City. Great baked treats and cool drinks will be sold to help cancer patients in Obion County.

Union City Coca-Cola Walk of Hope team is sponsoring a white bean and ham supper Thursday from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Union City Coca-Cola plant at 1915 East Reelfoot Ave., next to the National Guard Armory.
Plates will be carry-out and will be $5 each. The menu will include white beans and ham, cornbread, homemade dessert and beverage.
