Kaklis sees a few wrinkles to iron out during annual spring game
Kaklis sees a few wrinkles to iron out during annual spring game | Bethel College Wildcats, Spring Game, Dino Kaklis, McKenzie, Tennessee

Snap — The Bethel College Wildcats took to the field one last time before their fall workouts. In their annual Spring Game, which concludes the spring practice sessions, the Wildcats got an "OK" grade from head coach Dino Kaklis for their efforts.
The Bethel Wildcats concluded their spring work with their annual Spring Game before an estimated 1,200 fans on Saturday.
The Wildcats are coming off their best season since football was reinstated in 1992. The Wildcats posted a record of 11-2, peaked at No. 4 in the poll and finished with a No. 5 ranking. The Cats went undefeated in Mid-South Conference play and are the 2007 Mid-South Conference West Division Champions for the second time in three years.
“My overall assessment is that we were OK,” said Bethel head football coach Dino Kaklis. “We made some mistakes, but it’s spring and we know what we have to iron out when we come back this fall before the season begins. But, I was pleased with our guys’ effort, I thought they played with some intensity. The main thing I will take and be pleased about from this spring’s practice is that from the beginning to the end there was improvement and that is our goal.”
“I also want to thank all those that attended,” added Coach Kaklis. “We had a great crowd and we have tremendous support, it means a lot to our kids and coaches.”
