Jake William Graves, son of Joe and Anne Graves of Union City, will graduate Saturday at 11 a.m. from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor of science degree in marketing.
The commencement exercises will be held in the Kathleen and Tom Elam Center on campus.
Graves graduated from Obion County Central High School in 2005 and has completed his study at UT Martin in just two years and eight months, according to his mother.
He plans to enter law school in the fall at Jackson College School of Law in Jackson, Miss.

Several students from Obion County were among those recently honored at the 44th annual Honors Day at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
They included:
• Connie P. Conley of Hornbeak, who received the Faculty Women’s Club Scholarship Award, presented in recognition of the academic excellence of students who have achieved senior status;
• Jon B. Kendall of Obion, recognized as a University Scholar and recipient of the William H. Baker Scholarship Award, presented to full-time students in the College of Business and Public Affairs who have completed 60 hours of college credit, demonstrated scholarship and leadership, participated in extracurricular activities and shown promise of professional achievement;
• Emily R. Kendall of Troy, who received the Robert G. Cowser Literary Award in Poetry, which is for the best selection of poems submitted in a campus competition;
• Katelin A. Turner of Union City, who received recognition as a University Scholar, a program designed to challenge highly-motivated and talented students to pursue academic opportunities beyond the normal university experience; and
• Tianda V. Harris of South Fulton, who received recognition as a University Scholar.
