OC STUDENT PLACES — Bobbie Jean Nunnery (center), an Obion County Central High School student, recently won third place in the French Poster Contest at the University of Tennessee at Martin High School Foreign Language Day. She received congratulations from Martha Ochoa, instructor of Spanish, and Dr. Daniel Nappo, chair of the Department of Modern Foreign Languages.
