Denise Houston has been promoted to senior vice president with First State Mortgage, a division of First State Bank, headquartered in Union City.
Her responsibilities with First State Mortgage include developing client relations in First State Mortgage’s Obion, Weakley, Dyer, Shelby and Tipton county offices.
“Denise excels in providing superior service to her customers, thus combined with her extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry certainly makes her a valued asset to our organization,” said Loretta Jercinovich, president of First State Mortgage. “Denise strives to provide the best mortgage product to each and every customer we serve. She is a proven leader in our organization; therefore this promotion is well deserved.”

Ms. Houston has been employed with First State Mortgage for more than 11 years. Her most recent title was that of vice president.
