Business marketing will be the topic of a seminar hosted by the Obion County Chamber of Commerce and the University of Tennessee at Martin Regional Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Center in October.
“The Dynamics of Marketing Your Business” will be offered in two sessions from 9-11 a.m. Oct. 23 and 6-8 p.m. Oct. 25. The seminar will take place at the Obion County Industrial Training Center at 204 South Second St. in Union City.
The instructor will be Jamie Frakes, director of the Tennessee Small Business Development Center in Dyersburg, and the fee will be $10. This program focuses on distinct issues that will affect how business owners market their business. The program is highly informative and includes activities designed to be integrated into the small business plan immediately. Attendees will establish a foundation for building a more comprehensive marketing plan for their business.
