Candy buy-back set

Dr. Kofi Nuako is sponsoring a Halloween candy “buy-back” at his office at 1109 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City in the Baptist Medical Arts Center, next to the Obion County Public Library.
“Let’s turn trick-or-treating into a fun and healthy event. Bring in your candy and we will give you $1.50 for every pound from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. through Wednesday,” a spokesman said.
