The Messenger congratulates Mr. and Mrs. Kyle Ethridge Ross of Union City on the birth of a daughter, Josie Claire Ross, at 12:14 p.m. Sept. 15, 2007, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. She is the sister of Kase Ethridge Ross, 3. Her grandparents are Art and Phoeba Ross and Larry and Twana Cox, all of Union City. Her great-grandparents are Juanita and the late George House and Mary Lucille and the late R.C. Ross, all of Union City, Howard and the late Mary Alice Cox of Fulton and the late Woodrow and Minnie Lee McKinnis of Hickman, Ky. Her mother is the former Allison Cox of Union City.
