| Musicians' workshop scheduled for Saturday |

Dr. Lynn Rice-See, professor of piano at Middle Tennessee State University, will present a workshop on memorization for musicians from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday in the Recital Hall of the Fine Arts Building on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Dr. Rice-See will present strategies and techniques to help every musician feel more secure performing from memory in recitals, competitions and other venues. The workshop will conclude with a short master class.
The workshop is co-sponsored by the Martin Area Music Teachers Association and the Department of Music at UT Martin. There is no admission charge and the event is open to all teachers, performers and students.
