The law firm of Hardee, Martin, Donahoe has opened new offices in Gibson County.
Located at 106 East Court Square in Trenton, attorneys David Hardee, Patrick Martin, Mark Donahoe, Angela Snider and Bradley Owens — as a general practice — handle all types of legal matters.
They include personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, defective products, Social Security disability, criminal, DUI, family law/domestic law, divorce, adoptions, juvenile law, bankruptcy (all chapters), real estate (closings and litigation), probate and estates, wills, living wills, powers of attorney, conservatorships, employment law (discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination), contract law, insurance disputes, business law and business formation, patents, copyrights and trademarks, appellate practice and mediation.
For over 30 years, Hardee, Martin, Donahoe has offered clients throughout West Tennessee an aggressive civil and criminal trial practice in both state and federal courts. The firm actively serves all West Tennessee counties.
The firm is comprised of five shareholders — Hardee, Martin, Donahoe, Ms. Snider and Owens — and three associate attorneys — Magan White, Ralph Krisher and Marc Murdaugh.
Attorneys Owens and White, current residents of Medina, are Gibson County natives, having grown up in Kenton and Bradford, respectively. Keshia Woods, a Trenton native, has been employed as the firm’s Trenton office manager.
Owens, a spokesman for the Jackson-based firm, said, “We are excited about expanding our services and becoming more accessible to our West Tennessee clients.”
Echoing Owens’ remarks, Ms. White said, “We are looking forward to becoming an active part of the local community.”
The firm’s Jackson office is located at 213 East Lafayette St.
