SCV meeting set

Sons of Confederate Veterans will meet 2 p.m. Sunday at the Obion County Museum on Edwards Street in Union City.
The guest speaker will be Dr. Lonnie Maness, who has recently published a book on Weakley County Congressman Henry Emerson Etheridge. His program promises to be an interesting and informative event, a spokesman said.
All members are urged to attend, he added.
