Miss McIntosh, Hepler to wed
The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Mary Helen McIntosh of Obion and Clayton Russell Hepler of Dyersburg is being announced today. The bride-elect is the daughter of Rhett and Melanie McIntosh of Obion. She is the granddaughter of Melvin and Helen Ferguson of Dyersburg, Mary McIntosh and the late Wyatt McIntosh of Obion. She graduated from Dyersburg High School. She attends Dyersburg State Community College and works part-time for Dr. Scott Self, dentistry, in Dyersburg. The groom-elect is the son of Rusty and Robin Hepler of Dyersburg. He is the grandson of Kathy and Billy Bone and Patsy and Billy Hepler, all of Union City. He is the great-grandson of Vivian Clayton of the Crystal community and the late Cecil Clayton. He graduated from Dyer County High School and from the Academy of Realistic Taxidermy in Haver, Mont. He owns and operates Clayton’s Taxidermy and works at UPS in Dyersburg. The couple will wed at 2:30 p.m Dec. 1 at Three Oaks Baptist Church in Dyersburg. Music will begin at 2.
