REED Center to offer customer service session

The Regional Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Center is providing an informative session for employees to learn the do’s and don’ts of customer service. The class will be from 6-8 p.m. March 10 at the South Fulton Municipal Complex on Broadway. Jamie Frakes, director of Tennessee Small Business Development Centers (TSBDC) at Dyersburg State Community College, will teach the class. The course will be free and is sponsored by the REED Center and the Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce.
