Miss OCCHS pageant set

OCCHS PAGEANT SLATED — Miss Obion County Central High School 2008 Shannon Trout will crown the new Miss OCCHS April 18 at 7 p.m. in the school gymnasium. Students at the school who wish to participate in this year’s competition may pick up an application in the school library. The deadline is Tuesday. Miss Trout is the daughter of Jimmy and Karen Trout of Union City. She is a freshman at the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she is majoring in health and human performance-exercise science, with a minor in sports medicine. She is a member of Alpha Delta Pi and works part-time at Joann’s in Union City.
