All-State — Westview Lady Charger basketball standout Amber Rechis was honored for her outstanding play in the past season by earning a selection to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association's All-State team. Rechis helped guide her team to a berth in the Class AA state tournament. The Lady Chargers lost a heartbreaker in the state semifinals last month. For her efforts she was also named to the All-State Tournament team in addition to being named All-District 13-AA, All-District Tournament and All-Region.
