‘Walk’ event set

The Ladies Choice Walk of Hope team from Calvary Baptist Church in Union City will host a yard sale Friday and Saturday beginning at 8 a.m. at the Atmos Energy warehouse at 1504 South First St., just south of the Goodwill store.
“There will be a little of everything donated by families of the church,” a spokesman said. “Come by to browse, buy, eat and fellowship — rain or shine.”
All proceeds will go to Obion County Cancer Agency’s Hometown Walk of Hope, assisting cancer patients in this area.
