Bike run planned

The fifth annual Walk of Hope bike run will be Saturday, with blast-off set for 11 a.m. at the former Reelfoot Packing Co. parking lot on West Reelfoot Avenue in Union City.
Participation will be $15 per person and this fee will also cover a grilled chicken meal to be served at the close of the run. Prizes will be awarded and there will be a 50/50 drawing.
Meals may be purchased separately for $6 each. Team Alexander is sponsoring the event. For information or to preregister, call Stacey Alexander at 536-5078 or 293-3761.
