Family and Friend Day set
Highway 45 Church of Christ in South Fulton will celebrate Family and Friend Day Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
The guest speaker will be Demitrius Nelson of Sand Hill Church of Christ in LaVergne.
A meal will be served following the morning worship service.
Thomas Todd is the minister and R.C. Nunley is the assistant minister.

Music program planned
Southern Gospel music group with Barry Patrick will be at Laneview Baptist Church near Kenton Sunday at 6 p.m. for a special music event.
A love offering will be accepted.

Benefit planned
There will be a benefit gospel singing Saturday at 7 p.m. at Wynnburg Baptist Church for the Guy Hamil family.
Blessed Assurance and The Gant Family will be featured.
Everyone is invited to attend, a spokesman said.

Prophecy seminar slated
Union City First Assembly of God, located at 1810 Pleasant Valley Ave. in Union City, will host “What on Earth Is Going On?” with best-selling author the Rev. Daymond R. Duck beginning Sunday and continuing through July 23.
Duck offers a biblical perspective on prophecy and end-time events. The sessions will include:
• Sunday at 5 p.m. — “The Importance of Bible Prophecy; the Resurrection; the Rapture”;
• Monday at 6 p.m. — “The Tribulation Period”;
• Tuesday at 6 p.m. — “Globalism (satanic one-world government); Russian/Islamic Invasion of Israel”;
• Wednesday at 6 p.m. — “Signs of the Second Coming (Israel; Babylon; Mark of Beast; etc.)”;
• Thursday at 6 p.m. — “The Judgment Seat of Christ; The Millenium; What to Do”
A nursery will be provided.
The community is invited to attend.

‘Adventure’ set
Crosswind Church will host a “Wildwood Forest Adventure” for children 3-12 years old Monday through July 23 from 6-8:20 p.m.
There will be a community-wide grand finale July 24 at 6 p.m. at the church, located at 4440 Barham Road in Union City.
“Wildwood Forest” is a fun and interactive learning experience for children who will be embarking on bold adventures into the heart of God as they visit “Discovery Sites” through Wildwood Forest and participate in hands-on lab experiments.

Gospel meeting announced
Berea Church of Christ will host a gospel meeting Sunday through July 24, with Terry Joe Kee as the speaker. Sunday morning services are at 10 and 11, with nightly services at 7. The song service will be directed by men of the congregation.
The church is located on State Highway 216 between Rives and the Mount Pelia community. A meal will be served following Sunday morning worship.
Richard Guill is the local minister.
All are invited to attend.

Clothing giveaway slated
A mission team from Texas will be at Sunswept Baptist Church Monday through July 23 and will be offering a clothing giveaway each of those days from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
The church is located at 205 Sunswept Drive in Union City.
The Rev. James Kinsey is pastor.

Church hosting meeting
Oak Ridge Church of Christ will host a gospel meeting Sunday through Wednesday. Jared Knoll will be the speaker. Ronnie Price will be the song leader.
Services Sunday will be 10 and 11 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and weeknight services will be at 7:30.
The church is located at 1913 Oak Ridge Road near Obion.

Gospel singing set
The McKenzie Spiritualaires and The Spirit of Zion will sponsor a gospel singing 4 p.m. Sunday at New Birth Temple on the Middle Road near Fulton.
Bishop Brenda Greer and the congregation invite everyone to attend.
