We Care Thrift Store is opened to the public: Wednesday 1-3:30 p.m., Saturday 9:30 a.m.-noon; and the second Monday of every month from 5-7 p.m.

Back To School Assistance Program
(Kindergarten through 12th grade)
    Dates and time are:
        Monday, Aug. 3, 9:30-noon and 1-3 p.m.
        Wednesday, Aug. 5, 9:30-noon
        Thursday, Aug. 6, 9:30 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m.
         Monday, Aug. 10, 9:30 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m.
         Wednesday, Aug. 12, 9:30 a.m.-noon.
         Thursday, Aug. 13, 9:30 a.m.-noon.
     When applying: Bring Social Security card for anyone in the household who is 18 years old or older, proof of address (electric, water, cable or phone bill), and child or children enrolled in school.
Thrift Store: Just In: Many collectibles, old pictures of Milan High School and glassware. Needs: Good mattress and box spring sets, manual or electric can openers, electric toasters, crock pots, good bath and kitchen towels; full, queen and king-size bedding; good pots and pans; clear packing tape, Windex; blue, red, yellow, purple and green poster board; knick knacks and sets of dishes.
Food Bank – Needs: Due to increase in food bank assistance, we desperately need: Canned fruit, juice, soup, snack items, jello, canned vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beans and peas), Sloppy Joe, Jack Mackerel, potted meat, Vienna sausage, cereal, crackers and soap.
Christian Devotional Literature: “Our Daily Bread,  “Upper Room,” etc.
Furniture Store: Refrigerators, stoves, washing machines and dryers, beds, bed frames and slats for all size beds, clean couches and chairs, good furniture, working TV sets, stereo sets, computers and microwaves. Please NO built-in appliances.
Clothing Store: Needs: Red sports coat size 44 regular, maternity and women plus sizes clothes; men’s shoes, men’s clothes 1X-4X, men’s jeans, men’s shorts and children’s summer clothing.
Office: Copier paper, wide masking tape, metal storage cabinets and portable projector screen.
Miscellaneous: Large dry erase board. Mannequins, plywood (2x4 and 2x12), store display case, concrete blocks and orange safety cones.
We Care Ministries appreciates the continued support by the public, through donations of clothing and household items and through financial donations. Those donations make a difference in the lives of others.
Donation Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; 7:30 a.m. - noon Saturdays.
Hours of Assistance: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
