The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Sept. 7-11:
Union City High School
Monday, Sept. 7 — Labor Day.
Tuesday, Sept. 8 — Beef-a-roni with breadstick, lima beans, green peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Sept. 9 — Beef taco with shell, Mexican beans, taco salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Sept. 10 — Pork roast and gravy, buttered potatoes, cole slaw, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Sept. 11 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, Sept. 7 — Labor Day.

Thursday, Sept. 10 — Pork roast and gravy or bologna and cheese sandwich, buttered potatoes, cole slaw, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Sept. 11 — Cheeseburger with bun or corn dog, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Breakfast
Monday, Sept. 7 — Labor Day; no school.
Tuesday, Sept. 8 — Pop Tart or cereal/cinnamon toast, juice and milk.
Wednesday, Sept. 9 — Sausage/biscuit or cereal/toast, juice and milk.
Thursday, Sept. 10 — French toast with syrup or cereal/graham crackers, juice and milk.
Friday, Sept. 11 — Breakfast Hot Pocket or cereal/toast, juice and milk.
Lunch
Monday, Sept. 7 — Labor Day; no school.
Tuesday, Sept. 8 — Pizza or burrito, pinto beans, corn on the cob, applesauce and milk or juice.
Wednesday, Sept. 9 — Beef-a-roni with bread or steak and gravy with bread, creamed potatoes, English peas, mixed fruit, Jell-O and milk or juice.
Thursday, Sept. 10 — Pizza casserole with bread or Travelin’ Taco/chips, whole kernel corn, salad with dressing, oranges and milk or juice.
Friday, Sept. 11 — Hot dog/chili dog with bun or pimento cheese sandwich, French fries, slaw, pears, Teddy Grahams and milk or juice.
