Grand Jury hands down indictments
The September term of the Weakley County Grand Jury had a busy week after indicting more than 50 people on felony charges.
From aggravated robbery to manufacture of methamphetamine, those indicted were set to appear Monday in Weakley County Circuit Court.
Indictments handed down by the September term of the Weakley County Grand Jury included:
• Ricky D. Bailey, Jr. – Statutory rape
• Connie L. Carlton – Burglary
• Amy L. McElroy – Burglary
• Susan Carp – Aggravated assault X 2
• Jerry L. Crosby – Criminal attempt to commit 2nd degree murder, aggravated assault
• Douglas W. Esch – Habitual traffic offender, DUI, implied consent, open container X 2, aggravated criminal trespassing and vandalism
• Joshua C. Dickey – Kidnapping
• Dustin D. Farlow – Aggravated burglary and theft
• Kenneth E. Garrett – Aggravated robbery
• Tammie L. Irvine – Aggravated robbery
• Lisa G. Gifford – Forgery X 16
• James W. Hood, Jr. – DUI, unregistered vehicle, failure to provide proof of insurance and implied consent
• Jacqulin N. Howington – Initiation process to manufacture methamphetamine and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture
