The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Oct. 26-30:
Union City High School
Monday, Oct. 26 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Oct. 27 — Beef patty with gravy, corn, black-eyed peas, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Oct. 28 — Ham, macaroni and cheese, steamed cabbage, Great Northern beans, cornbread, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Oct. 29 — Scrambled eggs and sausage, potato log, baby carrots, biscuit, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Oct. 30 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School

Tuesday, Oct. 27 — Ham and cheese Hot Pocket or cereal/graham crackers, fruit juice and milk.
Wednesday, Oct. 28 — Breakfast pizza or cereal/toast, fruit juice and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 29 — Pancakes/syrup or cereal/toast, fruit juice and milk.
Friday, Oct. 30 — Egg and cheese biscuit or cereal/graham crackers, fruit juice and milk.
Lunch
Monday, Oct. 26 — Pizza or corn dog, potato gems, corn on the cob, apple, cookie and milk or juice.
Tuesday, Oct. 27 — Chicken patty with bread or steak and gravy with bread, creamed potatoes, fried squash, sliced pears and milk or juice.
Wednesday, Oct. 28 — Turkey and cheese Munchin’ Meal (sack lunch) or spaghetti with bread, salad with dressing, green peas, sliced peaches, pudding and milk or juice.
Thursday, Oct. 29 — Sloppy joe with bun or chicken nuggets with bread, whole kernel corn, green beans, applesauce and milk or juice.
Friday, Oct. 30 — Hot dog/chili dog with bun, burrito, French fries, slaw, mixed fruit, orange sherbet and milk or juice.
