The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for the week of Nov. 9-13:
Union City High School
Monday, Nov. 9 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Nov. 10 — Chili and grilled cheese sandwich, steamed cabbage, green peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Nov. 11 — Ham and cheese with bun, black-eyed peas, buttered potatoes, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Nov. 12 — Beef-a-roni with breadstick, fresh salad cup, lima beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Nov. 13 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School

Wednesday, Nov. 11 — Ham and cheese with bun or pimento cheese sandwich, black-eyed peas, buttered potatoes, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 10 — Sausage biscuit or cereal and graham crackers, juice and milk.
Wednesday, Nov. 11 — Breakfast burrito or cereal and cinnamon toast, juice and milk.
Thursday, Nov. 12 — Breakfast bagel or cereal and toast, juice and milk.
Friday, Nov. 13 — French toast with syrup or cereal and graham crackers, juice and milk.
Lunch
Monday, Nov. 9 — Peanut butter and jelly Munchin’ Meal or cheese pizza, green peas, whole kernel corn, pineapple tidbits and milk or juice.
Tuesday, Nov. 10 — Turkey and cheese Munchin’ Meal or lasagna with bread, stewed potatoes, tossed salad with dressing, mixed fruit, pudding and milk or juice.
Wednesday, Nov. 11 — Corn dog or chuckwagon on a bun, green beans, corn on the cob, blushing pears and milk or juice.
Thursday, Nov. 12 — Bologna and cheese Munchin’ Meal or pork roast with bread, creamed potatoes, black-eyed peas, sliced peaches, Jell-O and milk or juice.
Friday, Nov. 13 — Barbecue with a bun or pimento cheese with crackers, potato tots, slaw, applesauce, Teddy Grahams and milk or juice.
