Three local students were among the new members recently inducted into Dyersburg State Community College’s Alpha Epsilon Alpha chapter of Phi Theta Kappa academic honor society.
The fall inductees included Paige Trader of Kenton, Mandy Elliott of South Fulton and Magen Warner of Troy.
The induction ceremony was held in the auditorium of the DSCC Jimmy Naifeh Center in Tipton County. A reception followed.
To be eligible for membership in the prestigious honor society, students must have maintained a B average or higher and have completed 12 hours of college work.
