The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Dec. 14-18:
Union City High School
Monday, Dec. 14 — Baked beef sticks, mashed potatoes with gravy, green peas, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 15 — Hot and spicy baked chicken wings, fried okra, Great Northern beans, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Dec. 16 — Turkey and dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Dec. 17 — Beef burrito or manager’s choice of meat and bread, manager’s choice of vegetables, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Dec. 18 — Early dismissal; no breakfast or lunch served.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, Dec. 14 — Baked beef sticks, mashed potatoes with gravy, green peas, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 15 — Baked rib patty with bun, fried okra, Great Northern beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Dec. 16 — Turkey and dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Dec. 17 — Beef burrito or manager’s choice of meat and bread, manager’s choice of vegetables, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Wednesday, Dec. 16 — Turkey and dressing or tuna salad sandwich, green beans, sweet potatoes, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Dec. 17 — Beef burrito or manager’s choice of meat and bread, manager’s choice of vegetables, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Monday, Dec. 14 — Ham and cheese breakfast bar or cereal and graham crackers, juice and milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 15 — Breakfast pizza or cereal and cheese toast, juice and milk.
Wednesday, Dec. 16 — Baked ham with biscuit or cereal and graham crackers, juice and milk.
Thursday, Dec. 17 — Breakfast cereal bar or cereal and toast, juice and milk.
Friday, Dec. 18 — Pop Tarts or cereal and graham crackers, juice and milk.
Lunch
Monday, Dec. 14 — Burrito or turkey corn dog, corn on the cob, mixed vegetables, sliced pears and milk or juice.
Tuesday, Dec. 15 — Bologna and cheese Munchin’ Meal or turkey casserole with bread, cheesy potatoes, green peas, mixed fruit, pudding and milk or juice.
Wednesday, Dec. 16 — Turkey and cheese Munchin’ Meal or beef-a-roni with whole grain bread, tossed salad with dressing, whole kernel corn, sliced peaches and milk or juice.
Thursday, Dec. 17 — Oven-baked fried chicken with rolls or baked ham with rolls, creamed potatoes, green beans, baked apples, apple turnover and milk or juice.
Friday, Dec. 18 — No lunch served (Christmas break begins).
