The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Jan. 18-22:
Union City High School
Monday, Jan. 18 — No school; Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Tuesday, Jan. 19 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Jan. 20 — Oriental pork and vegetables with rice and gravy, fresh salad cup, corn, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Jan. 21 — Ham and cheese sandwich with bun, baked beans, California vegetable blend with cheese sauce, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Jan. 22 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, Jan. 18 — No school; Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Thursday, Jan. 21 — Ham and cheese sandwich with bun or tuna salad sandwich, baked beans, California vegetable blend with cheese sauce, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 19 — Pop Tarts or cereal with cheese toast, juice and milk.
Wednesday, Jan. 20 — Sausage biscuit or cereal with graham crackers, juice and milk.
Thursday, Jan. 21 — Pancake on a stick with syrup or cereal with toast and jelly, juice and milk.
Friday, Jan. 22 — Egg and cheese biscuit or cereal with graham crackers, juice and milk.
Lunch
Monday, Jan. 18 — No school; Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Tuesday, Jan. 19 — Crispito with cheese or bean and beef burrito, refried beans, corn on the cob, sliced peaches, graham cracker and milk or juice.
Wednesday, Jan. 20 — Turkey and cheese Munchin’ Meal or chicken casserole with bread, mashed potatoes, English peas, fresh apple and milk or juice.
Thursday, Jan. 21 — Ham and cheese Munchin’ Meal or turkey and gravy with bread, sweet potatoes, whole kernel corn, pineapple tidbits, Teddy Grahams and milk or juice.
Friday, Jan. 22 — Hamburger with whole-grain bun or chicken salad with crackers, baked beans, tater tots, mixed fruit, cookie and milk or juice.
