The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for the week of Jan. 25-29:
Union City High School
Monday, Jan. 25 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Jan. 26 — Turkey Tetrazzini with breadstick, corn, cole slaw, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Jan. 27 — Scrambled eggs and sausage, potato log, black-eyed peas, biscuit, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Jan. 28 — Spaghetti and meat sauce, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, carrot sticks, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Jan. 29 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
