The Delphian Review Club met recently in the home of Martha Clendenin. President Carolyn Bloebaum called the meeting to order.
Chaplain Maggie Vaughan gave the thought for the day, spelling out the word “LOVE” with some of its important components — including Liberty, Optimism, Victorious and Eternal.
Fifteen members answered roll call by telling about a digital photography problem they had encountered.
Emily Elliston gave the program titled, “They Took My Kodachrome Away.” She opened with a musical slide show, then addressed some of the problems mentioned during roll call.
The remainder of her program was a demonstration of various uses of Photoshop computer programming to enhance digital photographs. Ms. Elliston emphasized that a copy of the original should always be made before beginning any changes.
Following the program, Judy Taylor, co-hostess, served a delicious chocolate cake roll, garnished with strawberries.
