| No off-season for Weakley County girls basketball teams |

A peek inside the gymnasiums across Weakley County last week proved there is no such thing as an off-season for local girls basketball players.
Teams from all across the county participated in the annual Westview Team Camp on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In addition, teams from nearly 20 different schools participated, keeping the courts busy in all four high school gyms.
Varsity, junior varsity and even the middle school teams from Sharon Junior High and Martin Middle School were facing off.
With a large exodus of key seniors from all four high school teams, the camps provided a chance for coaches to integrate their incoming freshmen and rising sophomores and juniors while improving their teams’ overall play.
