The following cases were disposed of July 6 and July 8 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.
• Santiago Chavez (4545 Knox Daniel Road, Lot 2, Union City) — public intoxication, time served, costs.
• Kristen N. Clark (1810 High School Drive, Apt. 3, Union City) — theft, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 30 days jail, probation, costs.
• Steve Johnson (909 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Union City) — aggravated criminal trespassing, 11 months and 29 days jail to serve 90 days and the remainder on probation, banned from East Gate Village; evading arrest, 11 months and 29 days jail to serve 90 days and the remainder on probation, $100 fine, costs (concurrent with other sentence).
• Jennifer M. Klyce (523 Sand St., Ridgely) — possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, judicial diversion, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, $150 fine, costs.
• Patrick Minnick (306 East Todd St., Apt. A, Union City) — simple possession/casual exchange, 11 months and 29 days jail to serve 30 days and the remainder on probation, $750 fine, costs.
• Nicole Noonan (611 Wells St., Fulton) — second offense driving under the influence, 11 months and 29 days jail to serve 45 days, $600 fine, costs; driving while license suspended, $100 fine, costs.
• Dustin Rasberry (1301 Mercer St., Union City) — driving under the influence, $350 fine, costs, 90 days jail, balance of 11 months and 29 days on probation; evading arrest, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 90 days (concurrent with other sentence), $100 fine, costs; driving while license suspended, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 90 days (concurrent with other sentence), $100 fine, costs.
• Patrick L. Rose (603 O.K. Clifton Circle, Fulton) — public intoxication, costs.
• Terry W. Stansberry (309 Alamo St., Kenton) — public indecency, six months jail; criminal trespassing, six months jail (concurrent with other sentence).
• Raymond M. Edwards (1556 East Old Troy Road, Union City) — alcohol possession or consumption under 21 years of age, informal adjustment, 50 hours of community service, write a three- to five-page paper on the dangers of underage drinking, costs.
• Stephanie Landa (3606 State Route 925, Hickman, Ky.) — alcohol possession or consumption under 21 years of age, informal adjustment, 50 hours of community service, write a three- to five-page paper on the dangers of alcohol underage, costs.
• Joshua K. Stewart (4933 Highway 87 West, Henning) — driving under the influence, $350 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 48 hours, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, driver’s license revoked one year.
• Brian L. Thompson (1535 East County Home Road, Union City) — alcohol possession or consumption under 21 years of age, informal adjustment, 50 hours of community service, write a three- to five-page paper on the dangers of alcohol, costs.
• Catherine A. White (245 Simpson Hill, Dyersburg) — possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, judicial diversion 11 months and 29 days, $150 fine, costs; possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, judicial diversion 11 months and 29 days, $750 fine, costs; possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, judicial diversion, $250 fine, costs.
