Hospital offers free breast exams

Gibson General Hospital in Trenton will be offering free clinial beast exams focusing on uninsured and underinsured women during breast cancer awareness month. The free screenins will be performed by Mary Abbott, CFNP, Edna Leitherland, CFNP and Natalie Wendt, CFNP.
Free foot screenings will also be offered by Kathyrn A. Riffe, DPM and James T. Harris, DPM. Bone density screenings and blood pessure screenings will be available free of charge as well. There will also be a free online cancer risk assessment called Cancer Aware provided by the Kirkland Cancer Center.
To add some fun to the event there will also be refreshments and door prizes.
Appointments are required by calling Gibson General between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. at (731) 855-7944.
