A small business loan seminar — featuring how to start a business, the various sources of financing offered by the Small Business Administration and the criteria required to obtain a small business loan — is set for Oct. 26.
The event is being offered by the University of Tennessee at Martin Tennessee Small Business Development Center and the Regional Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Center.
There is no fee for the seminar, which will be offered from 2-4 p.m. at the REED Center, located at 406 South Lindell St. in Martin. Seating is limited.
The instructor will be Saundra Jackson, U.S. Small Business Administration senior area manager.
