City offers clean-up

Leaf pick-up will begin Monday in Union City, according to Public Works director Stephen A. Ladd. He has asked residents to sweep leaves to the curb but not into the street and to keep branches and other debris out of leaf piles.
Brush pick-up and street sweeping will also begin Monday.
