Soul Food Café
Exchange Street Church of Christ in Union City will host Soul Food Café Wednesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The menu includes chicken tenders, potato logs, corn, green beans, slaw, rolls and desserts.
It will be Bingo night and prizes will be awarded to the winners. It’s guaranteed to be a night of fun for everyone, a spokesman said.
The meal is free and everyone is welcome to attend.

Watch service set
Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church will be hosting a Watch Service on Friday night at 10.
Everyone is invited to attend.

Feet washing planned
An old-fashioned Watch Night Service with feet washing will be held Friday at 9 at Liberty Worship Center Church of God of Prophecy, located at 120 Forestdale St. in South Fulton. Everyone is welcome, a spokesman said.

Fellowship to meet
The Obion County Pastor and Ministerial Fellowship will meet at Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ, located at 417 Harrison St. in Union City, Wednesday at 5 p.m.
Elder Willie Burnett is host pastor. W. Curtis McLendon is president.
The public is invited to attend.

To be installed
The Rev. Paul Jenkins will be installed as pastor at Miles Chapel Church in Martin Sunday at 3 p.m. Dr. Russell Morrow will perform the ceremony.

New Year’s Eve Service set
Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church, located at 880 Beech Chapel Road, will have a New Year’s Eve Service Friday from 8 p.m. until midnight.
Taking part in this service will be the congregations of Protemus and Mount Ararat Cumberland Presbyterian churches. Other churches are invited to be a part of this service, a spokesman said.
The service will include singing, testimonies, food and fellowship.
It will conclude with everyone gathering at the altar of the church at midnight to pray the old year out and the new year in.
