To plan grad party

Parents of seniors at Obion County Central High School will meet Sunday at 2 p.m. in the library at Hillcrest Elementary School in Troy to plan a parent-sponsored graduation party for their children in the OCCHS Class of 2011.
Parents who are interested are urged to attend, a spokesman said.
