Committee to meet

The Obion County Finance Committee will meet Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the basement conference room at the Obion County Courthouse in Union City.
Items on the agenda include approval of minutes from the Sept. 15 session; a review of the PILOT agreement with DuPont/Pioneer Corp.; and information about Green Plains Obion LLC (ethanol plant).
All committee members are urged to attend the session, which is open to the public, according to a spokesman.
