Eighth-Grade Night set

Posted: Wednesday, March 30, 2011 2:23 pm

The Messenger, March 30, 2011

Students and parents of eighth-grade students at Lake Road, Ridgemont, Hillcrest and Black Oak schools are strongly encouraged to attend “Eighth-Grade Night” at Obion County Central High School on Tuesday, according to a spokesman. On this evening, registration for ninth grade will be distributed and explained. Booths representing the different clubs and sports at OCCHS will also be on display so that students can gain a better understanding of life at OCCHS.
Students and parents will need to follow the strict schedule: Lake Road and Black Oak are to report to the OCCHS commons area, with the meeting beginning promptly at 6 p.m. Hillcrest and Ridgemont will report to the PE gym at OCCHS promptly at 6 p.m.
Those attending are asked to park and enter from the back side of the school. Students are encouraged to wear their respective school colors on this evening.
For more information, call the OCCHS guidance office at 536-4466, ext. 107.
