The 2011 mowing season has begun for Cane Creek Cemetery in Obion County and any contributions to the fund for this upkeep are needed and appreciated. Donations may be mailed to Cane Creek Cemetery Fund, c/o Pamela Jones Screen, 4778 E. Caudle Rd., Rives TN 38253. Adjacent to the cemetery, Cane Creek Primitive Baptist Church continues to hold a meeting once a month, weather permitting. The building is in dire need of some maintenance at this time. A separate account, Cane Creek Primitive Baptist Church Building Fund, has been established for this purpose. Donations may be sent in care of the above address.
