OVC will partner
with IMG College
BRENTWOOD — The Ohio Valley Conference and IMG College — a division of IMG Worldwide and the conference’s exclusive multimedia rights partner— have announced that the league has formed a sponsorship deal with Lateral Sports.
Lateral Sports (http://www.lateralsports.com) is the first site that compiles links to all video/audio streams, highlights, interviews and TV/radio listings for all 347 Division I teams in the country.
The service aggregates all the media, schedule and player listings for each of those teams in one place.
Unlike regular search engines, Lateral, which is a free service, actually shows fans where to find games online, and lets them know where they can watch when a game is on live.
Logging in allows fans to save games, get alerts and see recommended games of personal interest.
Fans are also able to search for student-athletes by zip code, helping them find players from their area who are playing across the country.
