Pet Appreciation | Tractor Supply Company, Obion County 4-H

PET APPRECIATION — The Tractor Supply Company store in Union City recently joined 4-H to support local animal shelters with the TSC Pet Appreciation Week. Obion County 4-H’ers kept animals with the Animal Adoption Center watered, as customers and animal lovers visited the store and saw the pets available for adoption. The event featured give-aways and sales on many pet items. Donations abounded as TSC donated $420 to be used to provide transportation to 4-H’ers attending 4-H Camp. The 4-H clubs also donated a 40-pound bag of dog food to the Animal Adoption Center in order to care for the animals at the shelter. On hand for the event were (from left) TSC store manager Harold Fowlkes, Animal Adoption Center manager Sarah Dodd, 4-H All Stars Shelly Pate and Nancy Davis, Junior High 4-H’er Samantha Davis and 4-H All Star Logan Stephens. Also serving at the event was Senior High 4-H’er Tesla Rudd.
