Customer service program set

The University of Tennessee at Martin REED Center has partnered with the Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce to host a seminar Wednesday on the importance of customer service.
The lecture, “Customer Service: It’s All About the Guest in Your Business,” is scheduled for noon-2 p.m. in the Harvey Vick Community Room at the South Fulton Municipal Complex.
Landy Fuqua with the Tennessee Small Business Development Center will instruct the seminar.
She will focus on improving customer experiences and viewing each customer as a priority for success.
Employers are encouraged to bring additional employees to the session to learn the do’s and don’ts of customer service.
