TEA Party meet set

The Obion County TEA Party will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Eddie Cox Senior Center on Depot Street in downtown Union City. The meeting will include a presentation on the importance of national sovereignty by John Miles, president of the Obion County TEA Party. Zach Poskevich, a Constitutional Conservative who is running for the U.S. Senate, will be the guest speaker and will take questions during the last segment of the meeting.
All interested people of Obion and surrounding counties are invited to attend, a spokesman said. Snacks will be available and anyone who wants to bring a fingerfood is invited to call Becky Gookin at 446-9552 or email becky_thoughtfullyblendedhearts@yahoo for information.
