South Fulton Elementary has announced the following menus for the week of Oct. 24-28:
Breakfast
Monday, Oct. 24 — Super baked donut or cereal with cinnamon toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Tuesday, Oct. 25 — Steak with whole-grain biscuit or cereal with graham crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Wednesday, Oct. 26 — Breakfast pizza or whole-grain cereal with whole-grain cheese toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Thursday, Oct. 27 — Breakfast rounds or whole-grain cereal with banana and cheese whole-grain toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Friday, Oct. 28 — Sausage with whole-grain biscuit or cereal with yogurt and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, Oct. 24 — Whole-grain pepperoni pizza  or whole-grain corndog, macaroni and cheese, baby carrot sticks with dip, English peas, fresh orange wedge, kids snack mix and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Tuesday, Oct. 25 — Crispito with cheese or burrito, Spanish rice, whole kernel corn, sliced pears, baked cookie and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Wednesday, Oct. 26 — Ham and cheese Munchin’ Meal or spaghetti with meat sauce and whole-grain roll, romaine salad with dip, Italian green beans, fresh banana, vanilla pudding and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Thursday, Oct. 27 — Travelin’ Taco with whole-grain chips or chicken nuggets with whole-grain bread, pinto beans, sweet potatoes, fresh apple, graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Friday, Oct. 28 — Cheeseburger with wheat bun or pimento cheese with crackers, potato tots, creamy cole slaw, broccoli spears with dip, applesauce, orange sherbet and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
