UC playoff berth
earns team a meal
In keeping with tradition, the Union City High School football team will be honored with a steak dinner on Thursday night prior to the Tornadoes’ Class A first round state playoff game against Memphis Academy of Health Sciences Friday.
Parents, grandparents, fans and friends are being encouraged to sponsor a player or cheerleader for the dinner, which will be held at the UCHS cafeteria and begin at 6:30.
Cost of the dinner is $20 per player/cheerleader and $20 for the sponosor.
