South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for Dec. 5-9:
Breakfast
Monday, Dec. 5 — Whole-grain Pop Tarts or whole-grain cereal with graham cracker and fresh orange and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Tuesday, Dec. 6 — Pancake stick or whole-grain cereal with wheat cheese toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Wednesday, Dec. 7 — Banana muffin or whole-grain cereal with graham cracker and yogurt and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Thursday, Dec. 8 — Breakfast burrito or whole-grain cereal with wheat toast and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Friday, Dec. 9 — Whole-grain Twix cereal bar or whole-grain cereal with graham crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or fruit juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, Dec. 5 (PACK Week Green Day) — Whole-grain corn dog or crispito with cheese, English peas, corn on the cob, broccoli spears with dip, fresh Granny Smith apple, graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Tuesday, Dec. 6 (PACK Week White Day) — Bologna and cheese or Smuckers peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, baked plain chips, 100 percent cheese stick, cauliflower with dip, fresh pear, Rice Krispie treat and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Wednesday, Dec. 7 (PACK Week Red Day) — Roasted chicken or baked ham, whole-grain rolls, mashed potatoes, whole kernel corn, strawberry cups, ice brownie and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Thursday, Dec. 8 (PACK Week Orange Day) — Spicy chicken with bun or whole-grain corn dog, romaine salad with dressing, pinto beans, fresh orange wedge, scobby stick and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.
Friday, Dec. 9 (PACK Week Purple Day) — Hot dog/chili dog with bun or tuna salad with crackers, tater tots, creamy cole slaw, carrot sticks with dip, blueberries, animal cookie and low-fat chocolate milk, skim white milk or orange juice.

Monday, Dec. 5 — Baked chicken nuggets with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 6 — Chili and grilled cheese sandwiches, turnip greens, fried okra, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Dec. 7 — Whole-grain corn dog with cheese sauce, baked sweet potato, cole slaw, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Dec. 8 — Scrambled egg and sausage with biscuit, potato logs, carrot sticks, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Dec. 9 — Cheeseburger with whole wheat bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School

Wednesday, Dec. 7 — Rib patty with whole wheat bun or manager’s entree with whole wheat bread, baked sweet potato, cole slaw, fresh orange, pears, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Dec. 8 — Scrambled egg, sausage and whole-grain biscuit or pimento cheese with whole wheat bread, potato logs, carrot sticks, fresh banana, fruit cocktail, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
