Gardeners to meet

Victory Gardeners are inviting the public to a meeting Thursday night at 6 at Union City Housing Authority at 1409 East Main St. in Union City.
Members of the Master Gardener organization will present a program on soil preparation and all who are interested are welcome, a spokesman said.
