10 YEARS OF SERVICE – Representatives of First State said it was proud to announce David Spencer (left) has achieved 10 years of service with the company. Spencer serves as a loan officer for First State Bank in Martin. On hand for the presentation of the appreciation certificate were Spencer, and Sam Lewallen, community bank president for First State Bank in Martin.
